Spreeta has been shown to have comparable sensitivity to the best commercially available SPR technologies. When integrated with appropriate peripheral components, Spreeta’s performance has been demonstrated to be extremely sensitive with analyte detection levels in the low nM range for a typical affinity pair (i.e. protein A-mouse IgG).

Our Evaluation Module is available through Nomadics, our authorized distributor (www.discoversensiq.com). The Evaluation Module is an excellent reference technology available to those who would like to evaluate Spreeta–based SPR technology. Though this kit will not achieve Spreeta’s lowest possible detection levels, it is recommended to familiarize users with operating a Spreeta–based system.
